While your public company profile content will be readily available in your Channel Command portal, it's also beneficial to upload content that you exclusively want your Service Provider (MSP) partners to access.
You can upload various types of content to your company's Channel Command portal, including:
- Brandable documents
- Vendor documentation
- Vendor assets
- Blog posts
- Videos
With folders you can Channel Command group content for your MSP partners as quick references. For example, have material that is specific to a product or service you provide, create a folder, and add all related material.
Invite Partners
While Service Provider (MSP) partners can request access to your portal, it's advisable to proactively send invitations. These invitations are extended to the MSP organization rather than individual users.Don't hesitate — get started by sending out invitations today.
With your content uploaded and invitations sent, and with access requests rolling in, you're all set to manage your Channel Command Portal. Remember to regularly upload new content to keep your partners engaged.
