Setting Up Your Portal
Portal banner
Display a unique banner on your Channel Command portal to differentiate it from your company’s public profile.
Portal content
Your company’s public profile content will automatically appear in Channel Command, but you can also upload additional, exclusive content specifically for MSP partners, including:
- Brandable documents
- Vendor documentation and assets
- Blog posts
- Videos
Use folders to organize content by product, service, or other relevant categories for quick partner access.
Inviting Partners
While MSP partners can request access, proactively inviting them to your portal can improve engagement. Invitations are sent to the MSP organization rather than to individual users.
Get started by sending out invitations to your MSP partners today.
With content uploaded, invitations sent, and access requests received, you’re set to manage and engage partners on Channel Command. Remember to regularly update content to keep your portal fresh and engaging.
Configuring Deal Registration
Deal Registration is a powerful tool that helps MSPs collaborate with vendors to streamline deal submission, management, and tracking.
If your company uses standard expiration settings and notifies specific team members for new registrations, you can configure global settings to apply across all registrations. You can still adjust these settings as needed on a case-by-case basis.
