When inviting a Service Provider (MSP) partner, note that the invitation extends to all users in their organization, not just the individual user you've addressed.
- From the side navigation click Channel Command.
- Click Manage Requests.
- Click Invite Partners.
Follow the steps below to select how you'd like to invite your Service Provider (MSP) partners.
Upon clicking Send Invite, each user will receive an email to accept the invitation. Pending requests can be reviewed and managed from Pending Requests.

How to share a link
With Share a Link selected, there are two options available:
- Enter Email Addresses: Type in the email addresses of the MSP organizations you'd like to invite. Separate multiple email addresses with commas. Click Send once all emails are entered.
- Copy Link: Copy a link to include in an email campaign managed by your team outside of the Channel Program application. Click Copy to store the link in your clipboard for use in any medium.
How to import a CSV file
If you have several partners to invite, using a CSV file is efficient:
- Prepare CSV File: Export email addresses from your contacts (email, CSM, etc.) Ensure the file has a header row named emailAddress. If the header row is missing, the first record will be ignored during upload.
- Download Template: Download the template from the application or use the provided sample format:

- In the Invite partners by window, click Import CSV File.
- To download a copy of the template click download a sample file here.
- Click browse from your device.
- Browse to the location the CSV file is stored and select it.
- Click Send Invite.
Troubleshooting CSV import
If you encounter errors during CSV import, follow these troubleshooting steps:
