How to upload a banner in your Channel Command portal
Prerequisites: To access your portal, you must be a registered Vendor with Channel Program, and Channel Command (PRM) must have been enabled by a member of the Channel Program team.
- In the side navigation click Channel Command.
- Click Manage Channel Portal.
- Click View Portal
- In the banner area, click the Edit Banner () button.
- Click Choose File and select the image you wish to upload as your banner.
To remove the set banner, click the "Edit Banner" button again. Then, click "Remove Image."
Note: If you have previously uploaded a banner on your company profile, it will appear by default. However, banners on your Channel Command (PRM) can be different from those used on your company profile.
Once removed, the default banner image will appear. If you’ve uploaded a banner on your company profile, the default will be the profile image.
