How to edit, or delete Channel Command folders
How to edit folders
Editing a folder allows you to modify its name, description, tags, and color. To add files to a folder or reorganize its contents, please refer to the section Managing Channel Command folders.
- From the side navigation click Channel Command.
- Click Manage Channel Portal.
- Click View Portal.
- Scroll through the Folders carousel to locate the desired folder or click See All to view all folders.
- Once you've found the folder, click the three dots and select Edit.
- Make the necessary edits.
- Click Save.
How to delete folders
Deleting a folder will not remove its contents, and this action cannot be undone. To delete the files within a folder, please refer to the section How to edit, or delete Channel Command content.
- From the side navigation click Channel Command.
- Click Manage Channel Portal.
- Click View Portal.
- Scroll through the Folders carousel to locate the desired folder or click See All to view all folders.
- Once you've found the folder, click the three dots and select Delete.
- Confirm the deletion, by clicking Yes.
