This is specific to Distributor company profiles only. All edits can only be completed a company profile admin.
Your marketplace is the perfect location to showcase your line card.
A line card serves as a valuable tool for both distributors and their customers, offering a comprehensive overview of available products and aiding in the facilitation of efficient transactions and business relationships.
Access company profile
From the side navigation click Company Profile.
How to add a line card
When adding vendors to your marketplace they must be a member of Channel Program. But don’t worry if you’re unable to locate the vendor, from the message received click Send your request and apply any modifications, then click Save.
- From the Marketplace tab, click Add New.
- Search for the vendor by name.
- Optionally, enter the URL for your page that describes the vendor.
- Optionally, add or edit the vendor description. Note, this description will only be seen on your Marketplace.
- Click Save.
- Click OK to close the dialog or click Add Another if there is a second line card to add.
If you have a large number of vendors to add to your line card you might want to consider importing the list via a CSV import. Refer to As a distributor, how do I import my line card?
How to edit a line card
Editing a vendor line card is limited to the external URL and description. To change the vendor, you’ll need to remove the card and add it back with the correct vendor selection.
- From the Marketplace tab, scroll through the list of vendors.
- Locate the vendor you’d like to administer.
- Click the 3-dot menu, click Edit.
- Make the edits you’d like.
- Click Save.
How to delete a line card
This action cannot be undone. If you’ve accidentally removed a vendor, you can always readd it again.
- From the Marketplace tab, scroll through the list of vendors.
- Locate the vendor you’d like to administer.
- Click the 3-dot menu, click Remove.
- Click Remove to confirm.
