As a distributor, how do I add company content?

This is specific to Distributor company profiles only. All edits can only be completed a company profile admin.

If you have Channel Command enabled: All content uploaded will be readily available under your Channel Command portal. Any changes made to public content that is also available your portal will be reflected in both locations – with one exception images (vendor assets).

There will be 4-different types of content you can manage on your company profile. Content shared will help prospects learn more about your services and products.

  1. Blog Posts – Write a blog post or news article.
  2. Documentation – Share materials that would benefit prospects.
  3. Image Galleries – Share your company images with prospects.
  4. Videos – Share videos that would benefit prospects.

The below will walk you through how to manage company profile content. Note that the steps will be the same for each type of content available.

How to add new content

To edit or delete content, refer to As a distributor, how do I edit or delete company content?

  1. From the side navigation, click Company Profile.
  2. Click Content.
  3. Click Add New and select the content to add.
  4. A window will appear allowing you to add the content for the type selected. If it recommended that you include a thumbnail image when adding content.
    1. For Image Gallery, you’ll be able to upload a single image, or up to nine (9) images at once to create a gallery.
  5. Fill out the form, and when completed click Upload or Save.
