As a distributor, how do I edit, or delete company content?

This is specific to Distributor company profiles only. All edits can only be completed a company profile admin.

All content made for your company will be found under the company profile, which makes it easier for you to quickly find an old post that needs to be updated or removed.

How to edit content

Editing content is restricted to name, description, thumbnail images, tags, and if applicable categories and subcategories. To upload a new version of the posted file, at this time you will need to delete the content and add it again.

  1. From the side navigation, click Company Profile.
  2. Click Content.
  3. Scroll down to the appropriate content section.
  4. From the section carousel scroll through to locate the image, alternatively, click See All to view all.
  5. Once you’ve located the item, click the 3-dots click Edit.
  6. Apply the edits you’d like.
  7. Click Save.

How to delete content

It is best practice to keep your content clean and up to date. A good way to do that is to delete old files that are no longer relevant.

Deleting content cannot be undone.

  1. From the side navigation, click Company Profile.
  2. Click Content.
  3. Scroll down to the appropriate content section.
  4. From the section carousel scroll through to locate the image, alternatively, click See All to view all.
  5. Once you’ve located the item, click the 3-dots click Delete.
  6. Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes.
