NEW! PSA Contract/Agreement sync

We recently implemented integrations with Autotask and ConnectWise for syncing active customers. Now those integrations have been extended to including syncing your contracts with your customers.

If you’ve already enabled your PSA integration to sync customers and would now like to include contracts, the switch is easy. Just follow these simple steps and you’ll be on your way.

NEW! CRM Integration

We’re thrilled to introduce the first CRM integration with Channel Program. This integration will enable a one-way sync from HubSpot into Channel Program, allowing you to sync active customer profiles.

NEW! Vendor Contract Import

As an MSP with NaviStackPro (Vendor Contracts), you’ve been adding contracts one-by-one. While this ensures data accuracy, it can be time-consuming.

Now, you have an additional option to add your contracts using CSV import. When importing contracts via CSV, you’ll need to provide at least the vendor and product information. Including additional details (cost, effective date, expiry date) is recommended to save time on data entry after the import.

Don’t worry; you’ll be able to download a CSV template tailored to your needs.

If you're also using NaviStack Customer Manager, don't worry—CSV imports for contracts will be available for Customer Contracts as well.

IMPROVED! Vendor Contract workflow, look & feel

After reviewing all feedback received on Vendor Contract Management, we’ve taken it into account to give you an improved way to adding contracts.

The original implementation had contracts tied to a main product, we’ve adjusted that to better match how contracts with vendors or distributors are structured, and that is with the provider. When adding a new contract, you’re requested to select the vendor or distributor for the contract. We’ve also adjusted how to view or edit contracts that have been added.

IMPORTANT: If you have already added contracts, don’t worry these have been moved over to the new to the new presentation.
