Managing deal registrations with Channel Program is straightforward. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for viewing, editing, resubmitting, and withdrawing deals.

Viewing a Deal
- In the side navigation, click NaviStack.
- Select Deal Registrations.
- In the deal table, find the deal you want to manage and click on the deal name.
- Review the deal details on the details page.
Editing and Resubmitting a Deal
After reviewing a deal, if you find any inaccuracies, you can edit the details and resubmit the deal. Note that if the deal was previously approved or rejected, the provider will be notified of any changes made.
There is a limit on the number of times a deal can be resubmitted if it was previously approved or rejected.
- In the side navigation, click NaviStack.
- Select Deal Registrations.
- In the deal table, find the deal you want to manage and click on the deal name.
- Click through to review the deal details.
- If the detail is inaccurate, click Edit.
- Update the details along each step, clicking Next to progress through.
- Once all detail is updated, click Resubmit. Otherwise, click Save as Draft to return to later.
Note: When you click Resubmit, the provider will be notified by email that a change has been made to the deal.
Withdraw a Deal
Only deals that have not been approved are eligible for withdrawal. Once a deal is withdrawn, it cannot be resubmitted.
- In the side navigation, click NaviStack.
- Select Deal Registrations.
- In the deal table, find the deal you want to manage and click on the deal name.
- Click through to review the deal details.
- Click Withdraw.
- Select a reason for declining the deal. If you’ve selected other, enter a reason.
- Click Withdraw.
