How to manage Brand Stack

As a service provider managing associates, affiliates, and locations, you may want to recommend certain categories, subcategories, or products for each to consider adding to their Brand Stack.

This guide will help you make recommendations and track which affiliates have adopted them.

Recommend a category

If you don't have a specific vendor product to recommend, you can suggest a specific category and subcategory combination to your affiliates.

  1. From the side navigation click NaviStack.
  2. Click MultiStack Manager.
  3. Click Manage Brand Stack.
  4. Click Add Category.
  5. Choose a category and subcategory.
  6. Click Add to Stack.
  7. If there are no other categories to recommend, click Close. To recommend another category, click Add Another.

Recommend a product

If you’ve already recommended a category/subcategory. You can simply click the plus icon next to the category or subcategory.

  1. From the side navigation click NaviStack.
  2. Click MultiStack Manager.
  3. Click Manage Brand Stack.
  4. Click Add Product.
  5. Choose a main category and subcategory.

To Locate and Select Products:

Option 1: By default, a list of products in the selected category and subcategory will be presented. Scroll through and check the box next to the desired product(s).

Option 2: Utilize the Search Vendor Products field to find products by vendor or product name.

Once a product is selected, you’ll have the option to recommend a distributor. If so, select the distributor.

Remove recommendation

If you need to remove a recommendation, it can be done easily and will not impact your affiliates' NaviStack.

Note: Removing a category will remove all associated subcategories and products. Removing a subcategory will remove all associated products.

  1. From the side navigation click NaviStack.
  2. Click MultiStack Manager.
  3. Click Manage Brand Stack.
  4. Click the trashcan icon next to the category, subcategory, or product.
  5. Confirm the removal by clicking Remove.
