How to search and filter saved documents

Searching and filtering your saved documents allows you to quickly locate the specific content you need. Here's how to effectively use these features:

Searching by Keyword

  • Use the search box to enter keywords related to the document you're looking for.
  • The search is limited to the document name.
  • Clear your search by clicking the 'X' in the search box.

Filtering Data

  • Filtering can be based on vendor, saved by, or tags.
  • Clear the filter by clicking the 'X' in the filter box.

Types of Filters

  1. By Vendor:
    1. Shows the company names where documents were saved.
    2. Check each vendor you'd like to filter by or manually enter the vendor name.
  2. Saved By:
    1. Displays users in your organization who saved a branded document.
    2. Check each user you'd like to filter by or manually enter the user's name.
  3. By Tags:
    1. Shows the tag(s) assigned to the documents on upload.
    2. Check each tag you'd like to filter by.

Combining Search and Filter

  1. Combining a keyword search with a filter function as an AND operator between different properties.
  2. Results will only render if there is a match between the selected combination.
