How do I manage my stack with NaviStack?

Stack management is primarily focused on three tasks: editing connections, checking the Channel Command portal connection status, and removing products. When a product is removed from your stack, your completion percentage will adjust accordingly.

Access NaviStack

From the side navigation bar click NaviStack > Manage Stack

How to edit the stack connection

To modify a product connection within your stack, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the Vendor Product:
    1. If you're in the category view, hover over the vendor logo and click Edit.
    2. If you're in the list view, click the three-dot menu and select Edit.
  2. Select the desired new connection type.
  3. Click Save to confirm the update.

Repeat for each connection type you wish to update.

How to remove from stack

Please note that this action is irreversible. If you accidentally remove a product, you can always add it back later.

  1. Locate Vendor Product:
    1. In the category view, hover over the vendor logo and click the trashcan icon in the popup.
    2. In the list view, click the three-dot menu and select Remove.
  2. Click Remove to confirm the removal of the product from your stack.
