Finding Saved Documents

You can access your saved documents from three different locations:

  1. NaviStack: Navigate to the side menu and click on NaviStack > Saved Documents to access all branded documents in one central location.
  2. Vendor Portal Landing Page: Visit the vendor portal landing page and click on My Saved Content to view your saved documents.
  3. While Viewing Brandable Content: When viewing brandable content, simply click the down arrow for Saved Files to access your saved documents.

Viewing Saved Content

To view your saved content:

  1. Navigate to the side navigation and click on NaviStack.
  2. Then, click on Saved Documents.

Once you're in the Saved Documents section, you can easily search or filter your documents by file name, tags, or the user who saved them.

Each document will provide the following details and actions:

  • Vendor Logo and Name: Click to be redirected to the vendor's portal.
  • File Saved Name: The name provided when the file was saved.
  • 3-Dot Menu: Click to edit, delete, add to folder, or download. Note: You can only delete files that you have saved.
  • File Thumbnail Image: This will display the default image set by the vendor when the document was uploaded. The thumbnail cannot be changed.
  • Tags: Tags set by the vendor when the document was uploaded. These tags cannot be changed.
  • Saved By Name: The name of the user who saved the file.
