Managing Access Requests in Channel Command

Service Providers (MSPs) may request access to your Channel Command portal. You have the authority to accept or decline these requests, with the option to revoke access later.

In this guide:

The My Channel view comprises two sections:

  • Partners: MSPs with granted access.
  • Pending Requests: MSPs seeking access or individuals invited by you.

Focus on See All Requests to manage pending requests effectively.

How to accept access

When accepting a partner's access request, note that access extends to all users in their organization.

  1. From the side navigation click Channel Command.
  2. Click Manage Requests.
  3. Locate the request to manage.
  4. Click Accept.
  5. Select a partnership type. If you've selected other, enter a type.

How to decline access

Declining a request does not prevent future access requests.

  1. From the side navigation click Channel Command.
  2. Click Manage Requests.
  3. Locate the request to manage.
  4. Click Decline.
  5. Select a reason for declining the request. If you’ve selected other, enter a short reason.
  6. Click Remove.
Repeat each pending request.

How to remove an invitation

Removing an invitation voids the link but doesn't prevent future requests.

  1. From the side navigation click Channel Command.
  2. Click Manage Requests.
  3. Click Pending Requests.
  4. Locate the invitation to manage.
  5. Click Remove.
  6. Select a reason for removing the invitation. If you have selected other, type a reason.

Repeat for each pending invitation.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage access requests in your Channel Command portal.
