Here's what you need to know:

  • Default Display: Your contracts are neatly arranged in a list format, making it easy to scan through and manage them collectively.
  • Grouping by Category: Categories streamline your view, grouping similar contracts together for quick reference. Each category is expanded by default, but you have the flexibility to collapse or expand them individually by clicking the category header. For a swift collapse or expansion of all categories, simply click Collapse All or Expand All.
  • Table Details: Each contract is accompanied by detailed information, visible within the table. Scroll horizontally to reveal additional details, including the 3-dot menu. Clicking on the product name, or contract name opens the contract details offering further insights.

Calendar view

Prefer a more visual approach to tracking your contracts? The Calendar view provides a snapshot of upcoming events tied to your contracts.

Here's how it works:

  • Event Display: Only upcoming events relevant to your contracts are showcased on the calendar. These events may include expiration dates, next payment dates, notice periods, and renewal dates.
  • Default Month: Upon accessing the Calendar view, you'll be presented with the current month by default. Easily navigate between months using the Previous and Next To swiftly return to the present month, simply click Current.
  • Event Clusters: In instances where multiple events occur on a single day for a specific contract, they are clearly identified on the calendar. Should there be more than two events on a given day, click on +N more (where N represents the number of additional events) to view a dialog listing all events for that day. Clicking on any event opens the corresponding contract in a dialog window, providing a detailed view.
