What customer views are available?

When managing your customer profiles, you have access to various views and actions to streamline your interactions.

In this guide:

Access Manage Customers

From the side navigation click NaviStack > Manage Customers

Available reports

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) offer essential insights into your customers' performance at a glance.

  • Registered Customers: Displays the total number of customers added to your profile.
  • Active Vendor Contracts: Indicates the number of contracts your customers have engaged in.

Customer listing

Provides a comprehensive list of customers with essential details:

  • Customer Name
  • Location
  • Industry
  • Number of Endpoints
  • Number of NaviStack Products

Utilize search, filters, and sorting functionalities for easy navigation.

The actions available to you for each customer are Edit, Invite, and Delete, each can be accessed by clicking the 3-dots at the end of the row for the customer.

Customer profile

Clicking on a customer's name in the list enables you to view their detailed profile.

Customer Profile includes:

  • Summary Tab: Offers basic information about the customer.
  • NaviStack: Displays products incorporated into the customer's stack.
  • Contract Management: Lists contracts associated with the customer, facilitating further assistance opportunities.
