Managing Users
Managing users within your account is simple and efficient. You have complete control over user roles, access invitations, and the ability to accept or decline access requests.
In this guide:
Edit User Role
You can modify the roles assigned to users on your account.
- From the side navigation click Company Profile.
- Select Manage Users.
- In the Actions column, click the 3-dots next to the user you wish to edit.
- Click Edit.
- Choose the new role for the user.
- Click Edit to save your changes.
Note: If the user is signed in when their role is modified, ask them to refresh their session (Windows: CTRL + F5) to apply the new role.
Remove User Access
You can revoke a user's access to the current profile. To permanently remove a user from the system, please contact Channel Program Support.
- From the side navigation click Company Profile.
- Select Manage Users.
- In the Actions column, click the 3-dots next to the user you wish to remove.
- Click Remove.
- Confirm the removal by clicking Remove again.
