Manage Draft Deal Registrations

Saving a deal as a draft allows you to prepare all necessary information before submitting it for approval, reducing the need for repeated interactions with the vendor.

Viewing a Draft Deal

  1. In the side navigation, click NaviStack.
  2. Select Deal Registrations.
  3. Select Draft Deals.
  4. In the draft deals table, find the deal you want to manage and click on the deal name.
  5. Review the deal details on the details page.

Editing a Draft Deal

If you notice inaccuracies in a draft deal, you can edit it. Any changes made to a previously approved or rejected deal will notify the provider.

  1. In the side navigation, click NaviStack.
  2. Select Deal Registrations.
  3. Select Draft Deals.
  4. In the draft deals table, find the deal you want to manage and click on the deal name.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Update the details along each step, clicking Next to progress through.
  7. Once all detail is updated, click Save and Send. Otherwise, click Save as Draft to return to later.

Note: Selecting Save and Send will trigger an email notification to the provider that a new or updated deal has been submitted.

Deleting a Deal

Draft deals are the only type of deal that can be deleted.

  1. In the side navigation, click NaviStack.
  2. Select Deal Registrations.
  3. Select Draft Deals.
  4. In the draft deals table, find the deal you want to manage and click on the deal name.
  5. Click through to review the deal details.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. Confirm the removal and click Remove.
