How to view contract details

Efficient contract management is key to staying organized and controlling expenses. This guide will assist you in seamlessly adding new contracts and reviewing existing ones.

View vendor contract

  1. From the side navigation click NaviStack.
  2. Click Vendor Contracts.
  3. In the Your Contracts section, click the name of a contract.
  4. Use the tabs to navigate through details, documents, or history.
  5. Click Cancel once you’re done reviewing the details.

PRO TIP: If the selected contract includes products on the Detail tab and you need to update the product contract details, click the three-dot menu next to the product in the row and choose the relevant action to perform.

View product contract

  1. From the side navigation click NaviStack.
  2. Click Vendor Contracts.
  3. In the Your Contracts section, click the name of a product.
  4. Use the tabs to navigate through details, documents, notifications, or history.
  5. Click Cancel once you’re done reviewing the details.

View contract documents

Documents attached to product contracts are indicated with a paperclip icon in the Your Contracts table.

  1. From the side navigation click NaviStack.
  2. Click Vendor Contracts.
  3. In the Your Contracts section, locate and click on the product name with a paperclip icon.
  4. Click the Documents
  5. Click the open (Subscriptions_12) icon at the end of the row for the document you wish to view.

Note:

  • If you clicked an external link, it will open in a new browser window. Ensure you have your login credentials ready.
  • If you opened a document, PDF files will open in a new browser window, while other file types will download automatically. For more information on file types and handling, click here.

View or export contract logs

Tracking contract modifications is essential for maintaining transparency. Viewing the history for a contract (not a product) will provide a comprehensive view of edits for all related contracts.

  1. From the side navigation click NaviStack.
  2. Click Vendor Contracts.
  3. In the Your Contracts section, click on a contract or product name.
  4. Click the History
  5. To export the history log of changes, click Export CSV.
