How to add a contact list

To organize your mass messaging recipients effectively, follow these steps to create a new contact list.

  1. From the side navigation click Channel Command.
  2. Click Mass Messaging.
  3. Select Contact Lists.
  4. Click Create a List.
  5. Provide a descriptive name for the list.
  6. Check the boxes next to the MSP organizations you want to include.
  7. Click Save.

How to view a contact list

Reviewing contact lists, provides valuable insight into included MSP organizations.

  1. From the side navigation click Channel Command.
  2. Click Mass Messaging.
  3. Select Contact Lists.
  4. Locate the list you wish to modify and click the 3-dots
  5. From the available options click View.
  6. After reviewing, click Close to exit.

How to edit a contact list

Keeping your contact lists current may require occasional adjustments. It's important to remember that predefined lists cannot be modified.

  1. From the side navigation click Channel Command.
  2. Click Mass Messaging.
  3. Click Contact Lists.
  4. Locate the list you wish to modify and click the 3-dots.
  5. From the available options click Edit.
  6. Adjust the list name or update the included MSP organizations.
  7. Click Save.

How to delete a contact list

When a list is no longer needed, removing it is straightforward. Remember, only the lists you've created can be deleted. Predefined lists remain untouched.

  1. From the side navigation click Channel Command.
  2. Click Mass Messaging.
  3. Click Contact Lists.
  4. Locate the list you wish to modify and click the 3-dots.
  5. From the available options click Delete.
  6. Confirm the deletion.
  7. Click Delete.
