How to add a contact list
To organize your mass messaging recipients effectively, follow these steps to create a new contact list.
- From the side navigation click Channel Command.
- Click Mass Messaging.
- Select Contact Lists.
- Click Create a List.
- Provide a descriptive name for the list.
- Check the boxes next to the MSP organizations you want to include.
- Click Save.
How to view a contact list
Reviewing contact lists, provides valuable insight into included MSP organizations.
- From the side navigation click Channel Command.
- Click Mass Messaging.
- Select Contact Lists.
- Locate the list you wish to modify and click the 3-dots
- From the available options click View.
- After reviewing, click Close to exit.
How to edit a contact list
Keeping your contact lists current may require occasional adjustments. It's important to remember that predefined lists cannot be modified.
- From the side navigation click Channel Command.
- Click Mass Messaging.
- Click Contact Lists.
- Locate the list you wish to modify and click the 3-dots.
- From the available options click Edit.
- Adjust the list name or update the included MSP organizations.
- Click Save.
How to delete a contact list
When a list is no longer needed, removing it is straightforward. Remember, only the lists you've created can be deleted. Predefined lists remain untouched.
- From the side navigation click Channel Command.
- Click Mass Messaging.
- Click Contact Lists.
- Locate the list you wish to modify and click the 3-dots.
- From the available options click Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
- Click Delete.
