      How to invite affiliates to sign up

      Inviting affiliates to join your program is crucial for expanding your network and tracking performance effectively.

      In this guide:

      Follow the steps below to select how you'd like to invite your affiliates.

      1. From the side navigation click NaviStack.
      2. Click MultiStack Manager.
      3. Click Invite New.

      Upon clicking Send Invites, each user will receive an email to accept the invitation. Pending requests can be reviewed and managed from Pending Invitations. 

      Invite by email

      If you have a few affiliates to invite, this method is straightforward.

      1. In the provided field labeled Affiliate Emails input the email addresses of the affiliates you wish to invite. Separate multiple email addresses with commas.
      2. After entering the email addresses, click on the Send Invites button to dispatch the invitations.

      Invite via CSV import

      For inviting multiple affiliates efficiently, using a CSV file is recommended.

      1. Prepare CSV File: Export email addresses from your affiliate management system. Ensure that the file has a header row named email. If the header row is missing, the first record is ignored during upload.
      2. Download Template: Download the template from the application or use the provided sample format:

        bob@ affiliate.com

      Save the file in CSV (comma-separated values) format.

      1. In the Invite Affiliates window, click Import CSV.
      2. To download a copy of the template click download a sample file here.
      3. Click browse from your device.
      4. Browse to the location the CSV file is stored and select it.
      5. Click Send Invites.

      Troubleshooting CSV import

      Encountering issues during CSV import? Here are some troubleshooting steps:

      Actual / Problem

      Solution

      Missing or invalid header.

      Ensure the first entry in the CSV is email.

      Page title or captions (Apple Numbers only)

      If using Apple Numbers, ensure the file's formatting doesn't interfere.

      Open the file in Numbers, view Table options, uncheck Title and Options.

      CSV separator is not a comma

      The separator must be a comma.

      Extra characters or blank records

      Remove any extraneous characters or empty records

      Update the file accordingly based on the issue encountered. If problems persist, reach out for further assistance.
