How do I write a review for a product?

Are you using a product or service that you want to share with others?

Help others make informed decisions on products and services to invest time in by writing a review – whether good or bad, reviews help improve partner trust, and loyalty, and help vendors to improve their product or service stack.

To write a review, you must sign in with your valid Channel Program account. If you’re not yet a registered user, be sure to register for your new account, you won’t be disappointed.

There are 4 (four) ways to access products to review.

1. Completing a global search for the product by name.
2. From the vendor company profile, products tab. Scroll down to locate the product to be reviewed.
3. Product listing (Write a Review). Search for the product or vendor from the list.
4. Reviewing the StackCharts. Select a category to see the products. 

No matter how you’ve located the product to be reviewed, click the Write a Review button to get started today.

How to write a review

(i) Reviews are limited to one per product.

Reviews contain multiple questions; we understand that you might have to complete the review another time and that is okay. Click Next to save your current progress, and we’ll save responses allowing you to return to complete the review another day.

1. Enter a title for your review. Title must be a minimum of 5-characters long.
2. Select the appropriate response for each question. If applicable to the response, please also include a written response – note the maximum length allowed for the response.
3. Click Next.

5. Click Next.
6. Select the appropriate response for each question. If applicable to the response, please also include a written response – note the maximum length allowed for the response.
7. Click Next.

Now that your review has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the Channel Program team. Once approved the vendor will be notified that a review is available.
