Within Channel Program, you’ll find that your profile and account settings are managed in separate locations. For this article we’re going to focus on your user profile.
Access my profile
- From the top navigation click your profile picture.
- Click My Profile.
How to update your name and handle
Both your name and handle are set based on the information provided at the time of registration.
- Click the pencil icon, next to your name or your handle.
- Edit the details, click Update.
How to update your profile picture
A profile picture is helpful to identify your posts and comments.
- Click on your initials.
- Click Choose File.
- Browse to the location the profile picture is stored and select it.
If you ever want to update your profile picture, follow the above steps. To remove your profile picture, click on the picture and click Remove Image.
How to update your banner image
Upload a banner to show off your personality and personal brand.
- Click on the banner above your profile picture.
- Click Choose File.
- Browse to the location the image is stored and select it.

How to update the about detail
Tell everyone a little bit about yourself by adding a brief description.
- Click the pencil icon, next to description.
- Enter in a description and click Update.
