      Viewing Upcoming Renewals

      The Upcoming Renewals widget offers a streamlined view of contracts set to expire or renew within a designated timeframe. By default, it displays contracts due for expiration or renewal within the next 180 days (6 months).

      From Vendor Contracts locate the Upcoming Renewals widget:

      1. Click on the arrow icon in the widget to modify the displayed timeframe.
      2. Select one of the following options:
        1. Next 30 days
        2. Next 60 days
        3. Next 90 days
        4. Next 120 days
        5. Next 180 days

      The widget will automatically update to show contracts expiring or renewing within the selected period.

      To view, edit, or delete a contract, locate the contract within the list displayed in the widget.

      Use the 3-dot menu next to each contract entry to, view the contract details, edit the contract, or delete the contract.

      By following these steps, you can effectively monitor and manage contracts approaching their expiration or renewal dates, ensuring that no important deadlines are missed.
