Navigating through the content under Channel Command can sometimes be challenging due to limitations in carousel navigation and the frustration of scrolling.
However, there's a straightforward way to view all content by type in a single page, regardless of your user type (MSP or Vendor).
As a Service Provider (MSP)
- From the side navigation, click NaviStack.
- Click Vendor Portals.
- In the list of vendors, locate the one you’d like to access. Click the vendor logo.
As a Vendor
These steps are specific to vendor users who are administrators.
- From the side navigation, click Channel Command.
- Click Manage Channel Portal.
- Click View Portal.
Upon accessing the portal, you'll find two options for viewing available content for each content type:
- Carousel: Allows you to scroll left or right through the available content.
- See All: Clicking on this option redirects you to a page displaying all files available for that content type.
The See All page incorporates search and filter options, providing efficient navigation similar to the main landing page.
Each content type card includes:
- Thumbnail
- File name
- Description (if available)
- Tags
- Date posted
Additionally, depending on the content type, you may encounter a 3-dot menu (options vary by user type) and a share button for further actions.
