      How do I register with Channel Program?

      Looking to join the Channel Program? Signing up is straightforward, free, and secure.

      When you register, you secure a spot for your organization. Any colleagues who register later will automatically be linked to your organization's account, simplifying the process with zero intervention, thanks to email domain matching. 

      In this guide:

      Registering with Channel Program

      To ensure a smooth activation process, it is recommended you complete the registration, and you don’t leave a single step incomplete.

      1. Go to channelprogram.com in your preferred browser.
      2. From the top navigation click Sign In.
      3. Click Create your account here.

      4. Fill out the registration form. Note public email addresses, like as Google, or Yahoo are not accepted.
      5. Agree to Channel Program's Terms of Service & Privacy Policy.
      6. Click Register Now.
      7. Check your inbox for the verification code email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folders. Alternatively, opt to receive the code via text message by entering your phone number and clicking Send.

      8.  Enter the verification code received and click Verify OTP.

      If you selected the company type of Franchise/Affiliate MSP, there will be one additional step to complete your profile setup. More details can be found below.

      Franchise/MSP Account Setup

      For a new Franchise/Affiliate MSP account, we require additional information about your profile.

      NOTE: If you accidentally selected the company type Franchise/Affiliate MSP on the initial registration screen, click the link at the bottom of the form to dismiss this action and inform us that your company type needs updating.

      1. In the Complete the setup dialog, select the Affiliate Corporation
      2. Type in the affiliate corporation name and select the appropriate result. If no match is found, click Create New.
      3. Optionally, edit your company name and handle.
      4. Optionally, enter your affiliate ID.
      5. Optionally, enter the address of your head office location.
      6. Click Update Profile.
