Effective customer management on your profile is crucial for fostering successful relationships, streamlining operations, and propelling business expansion.

From the side navigation click NaviStack > Manage Customers

How to import customers

Utilizing a CSV file is highly recommended when adding numerous customers to your profile to save time.

Ensure your CSV file adheres to the following format:

companyName,numberOfEndpoints

A Sample Customer,15
B Sample Customer,5
C Sample Customer,50

You can download the template directly from the application.

  1. From Manage Customers, click Add New.
  2. Click Import CSV.
  3. Download the template provided for formatting guidance.
  4. Browse your device to locate and select the CSV file.
  5. Click Upload. Ensure not to close the browser tab or window during the upload process to avoid cancellation.

Troubleshooting CSV import

Encountered an error post-upload? Here's how to address common issues.

Actual / Problem

Solution

Missing or invalid header.

 

Ensure the CSV's first row includes companyName and numberOfEndpoints.

Page title or captions issue (for Apple Numbers)

Open the file in Numbers, verify Table options, and deselect Title and Options.

Incorrect CSV separator

Ensure the separator is a comma

Extra characters or blank records

Remove any extraneous characters or empty record
