How to import customers
Utilizing a CSV file is highly recommended when adding numerous customers to your profile to save time.
Ensure your CSV file adheres to the following format:
companyName,numberOfEndpoints
A Sample Customer,15
B Sample Customer,5
C Sample Customer,50
You can download the template directly from the application.
- From Manage Customers, click Add New.
- Click Import CSV.
- Download the template provided for formatting guidance.
- Browse your device to locate and select the CSV file.
- Click Upload. Ensure not to close the browser tab or window during the upload process to avoid cancellation.
