      How do I enable two-factor authentication?

      Two-factor authentication, or 2FA adds an extra layer of security when logging into your Channel Program account.

      Before you start, be sure to download your favorite mobile authenticator app.

      1. From the top navigation click your profile picture.
      2. Click Account Settings.
      3. Click 2FA.
      4. Click the toggle to enable 2FA.
      5. Recommend you copy the recovery codes and keep them in a safe place – such as a password manager.
      6. Open your favorite mobile authenticator app.
      7. Scan the QR code.
      8. Enter the OTP (one-time pin).
      9. Click Verify Code.
