How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Two-factor authentication, or 2FA adds an extra layer of security when logging into your Channel Program account.
Before you start, be sure to download your favorite mobile authenticator app.
- From the top navigation click your profile picture.
- Click Account Settings.
- Click 2FA.
- Click the toggle to enable 2FA.
- Recommend you copy the recovery codes and keep them in a safe place – such as a password manager.
- Open your favorite mobile authenticator app.
- Scan the QR code.
- Enter the OTP (one-time pin).
- Click Verify Code.
