Enabling Channel Command

By default, the Channel Command (PRM) for Vendors is disabled. To activate it for your account, please reach out to your Sales Account Manager or Customer Success representative.

Once enabled, you'll gain access to various features, including the ability to invite your Service Provider (MSP) partners, manage access requests, and share content with your partners. You can also communicate with your partners directly through the Channel Command (PRM) portal.

If your organization is not yet registered with the Channel Program, you can sign up for a new Vendor profile. Once your profile is created, and if you're interested in leveraging Channel Command, feel free to contact us, and we'll guide you through the process.
