How do I edit, or delete products?

Does your company have any products or services you’d like to share with community members? Listed products and services on Channel Program, allows the channel community has a chance to offer reviews.

This is specific to Vendor company profiles only. All edits can only be completed a company profile admin.

How to edit a product

1. From the side navigation click Company Profile.
2. Click Products.
3. In the displayed list of products, find the want you want to update. Click the pencil () icon.
4. Make the edits you want.
5. To remove an image, click Delete Image.
6. To upload new images, click browse from your device.
   1. Browse to the location the image or video is stored and select it.
   2. Click Confirm Image.
   3. If you have additional images or videos, click Upload 2.
   4. You can upload up to four images. Repeat steps 8-8c for each additional image or video to upload.
7. Click Save.

How to delete a product

Deleting a product will remove all associated data, including reviews. This action cannot be undone.

1. From the side navigation click Company Profile.
2. Click Products.
3. In the displayed list of products, find the want you want to delete. Click the delete () icon.
4. Confirm the deletion by entering in the security word.
5. Click Delete Product.
