How to edit, or delete customers
To add customers or invite customers users, refer to How do I manage my customers?
How to edit customers
Editing a customer's information is limited to their name, industry, and endpoints.
- Navigate to NaviStack from the side menu.
- Select Manage Customers.
- Locate the customer you wish to edit from the displayed list.
- Click the three-dot icon and choose Edit Customer.
- Apply the desired changes.
- Save your edits.

How to delete customers
Deleting a customer will permanently remove all associated data, including users. Proceed with caution as this action cannot be undone.
- Navigate to NaviStack from the side menu.
- Select Manage Customers.
- Locate the customer you wish to remove from the displayed list.
- Click the three-dot icon and choose Delete Customer.
- Confirm the deletion.
- Click Delete to permanently remove the customer and their data.
