How to edit customers

Editing a customer's information is limited to their name, industry, and endpoints.

  1. Navigate to NaviStack from the side menu.
  2. Select Manage Customers.
  3. Locate the customer you wish to edit from the displayed list.
  4. Click the three-dot icon and choose Edit Customer.
  5. Apply the desired changes.
  6. Save your edits.

How to delete customers

Deleting a customer will permanently remove all associated data, including users. Proceed with caution as this action cannot be undone.

  1. Navigate to NaviStack from the side menu.
  2. Select Manage Customers.
  3. Locate the customer you wish to remove from the displayed list.
  4. Click the three-dot icon and choose Delete Customer.
  5. Confirm the deletion.
  6. Click Delete to permanently remove the customer and their data.
