How do I edit, or delete company content?

This is specific to Vendor company profiles only. All edits can only be completed a company profile admin.

All content made for your company will be found under the company profile, which makes it easier for you to quickly find an old post that needs to be updated or removed.

If you have Channel Command enabled: Be aware as all content uploaded on your Channel Program company public profile is readily available in your Channel Command portal, any changes made to public content will be reflected on the portal.

How to edit content

Editing content is restricted to name, description, thumbnail images, tags, and if applicable categories and subcategories. Note that documents are not editable at this time.

To upload a new version of the posted file, at this time you will need to delete the content and add it again.

  1. From the side navigation, click Company Profile.
  2. Click Content.
  3. Scroll through the posted content. Or click the content type to narrow the focus.

  4. In the displayed list of content, find the want you want to administer. Click the pencil (Pencil) icon.
  5. Make the edits you want.
  6. Click Save.

How to delete content

Deleting cannot be undone.

  1. From the side navigation, click Company Profile.
  2. Click Content.
  3. Scroll through the posted content. Or click the content type to narrow the focus.
  4. In the displayed list of videos, find the want you want to delete. Click the Delete icon.
  5. Click Yes to confirm.
