How to edit partnership types

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and update partnership types for your connections in the Channel Command portal.

1. Access the Channel Command section from the side navigation menu.
2. Click on Manage Channel Portal to proceed.
3. In the Your Network section, find the partner whose partnership type you wish to modify.
4. Click on the three dots to reveal a dropdown menu.
5. From the dropdown menu, choose the Edit option.
6. Once in the editing interface, select the new partnership type from the available options. If the desired type is not listed, choose Other and enter the type manually.
7. After selecting the new partnership type, click on the Save button to confirm your changes.
8. Repeat steps 3 to 7 for each partnership type that needs to be updated.
