How to edit, deactivate, or delete announcements

How to edit announcements

  1. From the side navigation click Channel Command.
  2. Click Announcements.
  3. In the displayed list of announcements, locate the one you wish to update.
  4. Click the 3 dots in the row for the announcement.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Make the edits you want.
  7. Click Save.

How to deactivate announcements

  1. From the side navigation click Channel Command.
  2. Click Announcements.
  3. In the displayed list of announcements, locate the one want you want to deactivate.
  4. Click the 3 dots in the row for the announcement.
  5. Click Deactivate.
  6. Confirm the deactivation.
  7. Click Deactivate to proceed.

How to delete announcements

Warning: Deleting an announcement will remove all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

  1. From the side navigation click Channel Command.
  2. Click Announcements.
  3. In the displayed list of announcements, locate the one want you want to delete.
  4. Click the 3 dots in the row for the announcement.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. Confirm the deletion.
  7. Click Delete to permanently remove the announcement.
