How to view, or download vendor documentation

Vendor documentation can be easily accessed and viewed within your NaviStack platform. You’ll have the ability to view or download vendor documentation.

1. From the side navigation click NaviStack.
2. Click Vendor Portals.
3. Find the vendor you want to access from the list provided and click on their icon.
4. Scroll down the page until you reach the section labeled Vendor Documentation.
5. Browse through the available documents either by scrolling through the carousel or by selecting See All for a comprehensive list.
6. Click the 3-dot menu on the file you want to interact with, then choose the appropriate action:
   1. Open File - This will open the document in a new browser window/tab. Please note that not all file types can be viewed directly in the browser and may auto-download instead.
   2. Download File – Initiates an immediate download of the document.
