      How do I add, or promote products?

      Does your company have any products or services you’d like to share with community members? With your products or services listed in Channel Program, the Channel Community has a chance to offer reviews.

      This is specific to Vendor company profiles only. All edits can only be completed a company profile admin.

      How to add a product

      1. From the side navigation click Company Profile.
      2. Click Products.
      3. Click Add Product.
      4. Enter the product name.
      5. If applicable, enter the product URL.
      6. Enter a description of the product.
      7. Select a minimum of 1 parent category.
      8. Select a minimum of 1 child category.
      9. Optionally, click Add Feature.
        1. Enter a feature name.
        2. Enter a feature description.
      10. Repeat step 11 for feature each to be mentioned.
      11. Optionally, click Add Pricing.
        1. Enter a pricing title.
        2. Enter a description.
        3. Select a pricing type. If you select a type of Free Trial, you must enter a price of 0.
        4. Enter a price
      12. If the product or service has more than one price, repeat step 13.
      13. When completed, click Save.

      You can upload up to four images or videos to your product. Do you have images or videos you’d like to upload?

      Continue below. If not skip the additional steps and click Save.

      1. Click browse from your device.
      2. Browse to the location the image or video is stored and select it.
      3. Click Confirm Image.
      4. If you have additional images or videos, click Upload 2.
      5. You can upload up to four images. Repeat steps 1-4 for each additional image or video to upload.
      6. Click Save.

      How to promote a product

      Promoting a new product or new feature for an existing product is a great way to bring awareness to the community.

      1. From the side navigation click Company Profile.
      2. Click Products.
      3. In the displayed list of products, find the want you want to administer. Click the plus (Update) icon.
      4. Enter a feature name.
      5. Enter a feature description.
      6. Click Update Your Channel to see a preview and generate a post.
      7. Click Save.
