      How do I add company content?

      This is specific to Vendor company profiles only. All edits can only be completed a company profile admin.

      To edit or delete content, refer to How do I edit or delete company content?

      If you have Channel Command enabled: All content uploaded will be readily available under your Channel Command portal. Any changes made to public content that is also available your portal will be reflected in both locations – with one exception images (vendor assets).

      How to add a blog

      1. From the side navigation click Publish Content.
      2. Click Blog Post.
      3. Enter a blog title.
      4. Click browse from your device.
      5. Browse to the location a banner image is stored and select it.
      6. Enter in the post body.

      7. Enter a brief description of the blog.
      8. Select a category.
      9. Select a sub-category.
      10. Select a minimum of 1 tag.
      11. Click Save.

      How to upload a document

      1. From the side navigation click Publish Content
      2. Click Document.
      3. Enter a document title.
      4. Enter a document description.
      5. Click browse from your device.
      6. Browse to the location the document is stored and select it.
      7. Select a minimum of 1 tag.
      8. Click Upload.

      How to upload an image gallery

      1. From the side navigation click Publish Content.
      2. Click Image.
      3. Click browse from your device.
      4. Enter an image title.
      5. Enter a description. (500 character maximum including spaces)
      6. Browse to the location where at least 1 image is stored and select it. Note that you can select up to 9-images at a time to create a gallery.
      7. Optionally, select a tag.
      8. Click Post.

      How to upload a video

      1. From the side navigation click Publish Content.
      2. Click Video.
      3. Enter a video title.
      4. Enter a video description.
      5. Click browse from your device.
      6. Browse to the location the video is stored and select it.
      7. Select the thumbnail to include:
        1. For an image from the video. Slide the video progress bar to the image you want. Click From Video. TIP: If you selected From Video first, slide the video progress bar and click From Video again.
        2. To upload an image. Click From Workstation. Browse to the image and select it.
      8. The selected image will appear. If it isn’t the image you were hoping for, repeat step 7.
      9. Select a main category.
      10. Select a sub-category.
      11. Select a minimum of 1 tag.
      12. Click Upload.
