Global Deal Registration Settings

The global settings allow you to set defaults for deal expiration and designate notification recipients within your company when a new deal request is received. Note that these settings will automatically apply to all new deals but can be customized on an individual basis.

Deal Expiration Setting

This setting establishes a default expiration for new deals, similar to a "quote valid for 90 days" policy, where terms may change after expiration.

To set a default expiration:

  1. In the side navigation, click Channel Command.
  2. Select Deal Registrations.
  3. Under Deal Registration Settings, find the Deal Requests Expiration dropdown menu.
  4. Choose your preferred default expiration:
    • 30 days
    • 60 days
    • 90 days
    • 120 days
    • No expiration

Your selection is saved automatically; no further action is required.

Notification Recipients

Set default notification recipients to be alerted via email when new deals are received, additional information is requested by an MSP, or a deal is nearing expiration.

For multiple email addresses, create a comma-separated list and paste it into the field.

  1. In the side navigation, click Channel Command.
  2. Select Deal Registrations.
  3. Under Deal Registration Settings, enter the email addresses of those who should receive notifications. You can also select from active, authorized Channel Program users.

The emails will save automatically. If more email addresses are entered than can be displayed in a single view, an N+ indicator will appear. Click this to expand and view all email addresses.

To remove an email address, click the (X) icon next to the address. Repeat as needed.
