      Channel Deals Made Easy: How to Find, View, and Get Them

      Channel Deals are publicly visible, allowing everyone to explore active offers. However, only Managed Service Providers (MSPs) can request additional details or act on a deal.

      In this guide:

      Find a Deal

      Active deals can be found in multiple locations within the application:

      1. Channel Deals Page: All currently active deals are listed here.
      2. Vendor Company Profile: If a vendor has active deals, a Deals tab and widget will appear on their profile.
      3. NaviStack - Vendor Details: When viewing a vendor's details in NaviStack, a Deals tab will also display if deals are available.

      View Deal Details

      Deal details are accessible to everyone, enabling existing partners and new prospects to learn about the offerings without needing to register with Channel Program.

      Steps to View Deal Details:

      1. Navigate to a deal from any of the locations mentioned above.
      2. Click Open Details.
      3. A dialog window will display the deals’ information.

      Note:

      • If you're not logged in, you'll be prompted to provide your Company Name and Email Address in the dialog window.
      • If you're logged in, the system automatically retrieves this information from your active profile, and those fields won’t appear.

      Request a Deal

      New Users to Channel Program

      You can still request a deal as a new user. Here's how:

      1. Provide your Company Name and Email Address in the deal modal.
      2. Agree to Channel Program’s Terms of Service.
      3. Complete your registration:
        • After submitting, you’ll receive an email to finalize your user registration.
        • Ensure you complete this process promptly to secure the deal.

      Registered Channel Program Users

      If you’re already a registered user:

      1. Sign In through the deal modal before selecting Get This Deal. This ensures the deal is correctly linked to your company.
      2. Alternatively, if you're not signed in, provide your Company Name, Email Address, and agree to the Terms of Service.
      3. Once submitted, an email will guide you to log in and finalize the request.

      Important Notes:

      • Only one user per company can request a vendor deal.
        • This policy ensures vendors are not overwhelmed with multiple requests for the same deal from the same company.
      • Ensure your registration or login process is completed promptly to secure the deal.
