Here's what you should know:

  1. Two Notification Types: There are two types of notifications available for each contract.
  2. Consolidated Emails: In the event of multiple contract events within the same period, you'll receive a single email per notification. Each email will clearly identify the contracts involved.
  3. Enabling Notifications: To activate contract notifications, ensure you've entered both the expiration/renewal date and notice period for the contract.
  4. Notification Timing: Notification will be sent ahead of the defined expiration date or notice period.
    1. Expiration/Renewal: Number of days ahead of the expiration/renewal date to be notified.
    2. Notice Period: Number of days ahead of the notice period to be notified.
  5. Customization Options: While default values are provided based on the entered notice period, you have the flexibility to adjust these values as needed. Furthermore, each notification can have its own unique timing.
  6. Visibility of Notification Status: Easily identify which contracts have notifications enabled or disabled through the table view. Enabled notifications are marked with a blue icon, while disabled ones are marked with a grey icon crossed out.
