      Navigating Channel Program: A User Guide

      Mastering your way through Channel Program as a registered and logged-in user is effortless.

      In this guide:

      Top navigation bar

      The top navigation bar acts as your portal to essential features:

      • Global Search: Quickly find what you need. For detailed instructions, consult our guide on Streamlining your search experience.
      • Informational Pages: Tailored to your role as an MSP or a Vendor.
      • User-specific Views:
        • Bell Icon: Notifications and alerts tailored to your account.
        • User Avatar: Access user profile settings, including log out and account privacy options.

      Side navigation bar

      The side navigation bar is your primary tool for maneuvering within the Channel Program. Refer to How do I know who I am interacting as? for guidance.

      Navigation options vary based on your account profile (MSP or Vendor) and permissions (User or Administrator). See below for details. 

      Side navigation breakdown

      Navigation options are influenced by two factors:

      • Administrator Status: Are you the organization's administrator?
      • Enabled Features: Has your organization activated features like Channel Command? MyITSpend? MultiStack Manager?

      For all users

      • Home / Dashboard: Presently features an activity/social feed.
      • Company Profile, exclusive to company administrators.
      • StackCharts
      • Events, including the following submenu options:
        • Industry Calendar
        • Channel Engage
      • Free Content, including the following submenu options:
        • Blog Posts
        • Technology Map 2023
      • Knowledge Base
      • Contact Us

      For MSPs

      • NaviStack, featuring the following submenu options:
        • Manage Stack
        • Vendor Contracts < exclusive to MSPs subscribed to MyITSpend 
        • Saved Documents
        • Vendor Portals
        • Manage Customers < exclusive to MSPs subscribed to MyITSpend

      Collapsing and Expanding the Side Navigation

      By default, the side navigation bar is expanded for easy access to all options. Click "Collapse Menu" at the top to collapse it.

      Exploring Sub-navigation Options

      Clicking on a section with a chevron (such as Free Content) will reveal any available sub-navigation options, enabling you to access specific areas within the section. Note that not all sections have sub-navigation.
