      Exporting your NaviStack data

      Of course you can!

      To export your NaviStack data, simply click Export, and select either Download CSV or Export PDF.

      Download CSV

      To export your NaviStack data to a CSV file, follow these steps:
      1. Click on the Export button.
      2. Choose Download CSV from the options provided.

      Note: The CSV export is tailored to the current detail settings in your NaviStack and does not include historical data.

      The exported CSV file will include the following columns:

      • vendorName: Name of the vendor or distributor.
      • productName: Name of the product.
      • categoryName: Parent category the product belongs to.
      • subcategoryName: Subcategory the product belongs to.
      • requestType: Indicates if the product was added as "looking for information" or "current partner".

      Export PDF

      To export your NaviStack data to a PDF file, follow these steps:

      1. Click on the Export button.
      2. Select Export PDF from the options provided.

      The PDF export will resemble the List View of your NaviStack. Depending on the number of products and categories, the exported PDF may span one or multiple pages.
