How to revoke partner access

The primary reason for revoking access for a Service Provider (MSP) organization from your Channel Command portal typically arises from the dissolution of the partnership.

Ensure that you intend to remove the organization's access to your Channel Command portal, as this action cannot be reversed. If access is mistakenly revoked for the wrong partner, a new invitation request must be sent.

  1. From the side navigation click Channel Command.
  2. Click Manage Channel Portal
  3. From Your Network, in the list of partners, locate the one to be revoked.
  4. Click the 3 dots in the appropriate connection card.
  5. Click Remove.
  6. Select a reason for revoking access. If you've selected other, enter a reason.
  7. Click Remove.
  8. Repeat steps 4 to 7 for each partnership access is to be revoked.
