You may be happy to know we’re expanding the capabilities available to you, starting with a Marketplace for you to showcase the vendors you work with.
As part of this new profile, MSPs can identify a NaviStack product or contract is with a Vendor (direct) or Distributor. Which means as MSPs build their NaviStack you’ll be notified accordingly based on their section of – current partner or looking for information.

NEW & IMPROVED! NaviStack for MSPs
As we continue to revisit the look and feel, usability, and overall workflow of the application.
The section we worked on improving this release was NaviStack for MSPs. Including adding some new functionality – such as changing the connection type, exporting NaviStack in 2 possible formats – CSV or PDF, and a quick way for you to write a review for a product in your stack.
There is also a Distributor tie in with NaviStack and Vendor Contracts, allowing you to identify if the product in the stack or vendor contract is with a Vendor (direct) or with a Distributor.
We hope you like the improvements we’ve made. We’ll be sure to keep you posted as more design improvements have been rolled out.
NOTICE! Firefox browser and adding vendor events
This will only be encountered by Vendors that are using the Firefox browser.
Firefox appears to require that when adding industry events, they are no less than 4-5 hours in length.
To get around this while we continue our investigation, we highly recommend using a different browser – such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
