IMPROVED! Feature Name Change
We’ve renamed the bulletin feature available to Vendors with Channel Command. The purpose and usage of the feature remain the same; only the name has changed.
Bulletins will now be known as Announcements.
IMPROVED! Knowledge Base Structure
To serve you better, we’ve updated the knowledge base structure to reflect the combination of certain features.
BEFORE: NaviStackPro and NaviStack Customer Manager were considered separate features.
NOW: They are unified into MyITSpend, combining two great features into one plan.
FIXED! Brandable Content editor
The brandable content editor is available for MSPs to customize Vendor-provided content for sales, marketing, or training purposes.
We noticed that the editor wasn’t functioning as expected, which affected your ability to open, manage, or save brandable documents. We’ve made recent fixes to resolve these issues, so you can now enjoy the feature without any further hindrance.
