2024 Release - July 16

We are always looking to expand our feature set, so if there is anything else you’d like to see that would help you, please let us know. Your feedback is invaluable.

NEW! Channel Command Bulk Upload

As a Vendor with Channel Command, you’ve been adding content to your portal for your MSP partners file-by-file. While manageable for small amounts of content, this can become tedious with larger uploads.

Now, you’ll have multiple ways to add content to your Channel Command portal:

  • Single file: Great for cases where you only have a couple of new files to add.
  • Upload a folder: Ideal if you have a folder full of content that you’d like to upload. This will also create a folder of same name.
  • Bulk Upload: Ideal for where you have several files to be uploaded, but you don’t want them to be uploaded into a folder.

Bulk or folder uploads are only available for Vendor Documents, Images and Videos. Bulk uploads of Brandable Content or Blogs is not available.

NEW! MDF (Marketing Development Funds) identifier

On your Vendor/Distributor company profile you can answer the question of whether your company provides MDF (Marketing Development Funds).

Until now the only way that anyone knows about this offering is by looking at your company profile. To provide more visibility on NaviStack, and wherever your company avatar appears there will be an icon added to show that MDF is offered.

IMPROVED! Recommended banner image sizes

The recommended banner sizes for profiles, Channel Command portals, or blog posts have been updated.

IMPROVED! Rich text editor (RTE)

In various parts of the application, we have two content editors available – plain text and rich-text.

With the rich-text editor you’re able to apply formatting to the text. With the update to the editor, you’ll have an improved experience, and new toolbar. The toolbar options will vary depending on where you are using the rich-text editor.

MODIFIED! Company Profile Content and Channel Command

If you’re a Vendor using Channel Command, you may have noticed that all your public content is synced over to the portal. This is great as it saves you time in adding the content in both locations if you want.

However, you might have noticed that in Channel Command the sync’d copy is a link to the original. Which results in changes applied to one location, including deleting, effects the other. Based on recent feedback about having the ability to manage these as two unique pieces of content, we’ve made an adjustment, where a copy is made and edits to the content on the Company Profile are not impacted on Channel Command and vice versa.

Any content already shown in both locations will be updated accordingly with no additional work needed by you.
