IMPROVED! Look and feel
We’re starting to revisit the application look and feel, usability, and overall workflow. These changes will be slowly rolled out release-over-release.
The section we worked on improving this release was Manage Business profile for Vendors. Including My Channel and Pending Requests, for those with Channel Command enabled.
We hope you like the improvements we’ve made. We’ll be sure to keep you posted as more design improvements have been rolled out.
NEW! Bulletin management
As a Vendor with Channel Command, you’re now able to post a short message to your portal for your partners to see.
A bulletin can be set to remain visible to your partners for a defined period. Once the period has passed the message will stop appearing without your intervention to remove the message.
NEW! Channel export
As a Vendor with Channel Command, you asked and we're delivering!
On top of refreshing the look of My Channel you can now export a list of your network and pending requests. Don’t worry no personal information is exported!
From My Channel, simply click Download CSV.
NEW! Channel partnership management
As a Vendor with Channel Command, you’ve sent invitations to your partners, or accepted access requests. When accepting an invitation, you’re able to set a partnership type.
But what happens if that partnership ever changes, let’s say from Prospect to Current Partner?
Good news! Now you’re able to edit the partnership type for all connections, not just the partner’s access.
