NEW! PSA Integrations
We are thrilled to introduce the first PSA integrations with Channel Program. These integrations enable a one-way sync from ConnectWise PSA or Autotask, allowing you to sync active customer profiles.
Note: These integrations are currently available only for MSPs subscribed to MyITSpend. To learn more about MyITSpend, click here.
NEW! User invitations
Stage one of inviting new users to join your Channel Program company profile is now available. Whether you’re a Vendor or an MSP, you can invite your colleagues to join you in Channel Program.
Important: By default, all users will be added as read-only (no administration capability). If you’d like to grant a user administrative rights, please reach out to us for assistance.

IMPROVEMENT! Mass Messaging message types
As a Vendor with Channel Command enabled, you might be familiar with the Mass Messaging feature.
Now, before sending a message, you can select from various message types, such as General Update, Product Update, Event Update, and more.
