Channel Program’s StackCharts are a great way to see how vendors’ products stack up against other vendors in the same product category. Or even their own products in the same category.
But how frustrating is it when you find a category or subcategory to view a chart to find one isn’t currently available for the selected category. Well now, you’ll see a discreet icon on the Category Explorer page that will show next to any category or subcategory that a StackChart is available.
NEW! Brandable Content > Apply to All Pages
Within a Channel Command, users can “brand” your content for their use. Specifically, content that you as a vendor has shared with them for branding purposes.
Previously, if the document provided for branding contained multiple pages the user would have to add a single image to all pages – one-by-one. Now however, this can be simply done by the click on a button.
This is great if you’re branding a multi-page document and want the image to appear in the same location on all pages.
NEW! Brandable Content > Retain image sizes
Previously when you dragged an image to a brandable document it would show as a thumbnail.
Now we’ll maintain the original size, allowing you to resize the image down to best fit the document. When resizing the image aspect ratio will be maintained to prevent distortion.
Be aware if you upload a high resolution (4K for example) image, it could cause your browser to be slow to resize or move the image. Recommend using medium to low resolution images to ensure the best experience.
NEW! Products > Free Trial Pricing
When adding solutions to your company profile you can add pricing details. The pricing type options were limited to: One Time, Monthly, Yearly, or Per License.
We’ve also added a new type of Free Trial. Once selected be sure to enter in a value of 0.
NEW! NaviStack > My Vendor Portals
As a service provider you have access to build the NaviStack for your organization. Previously there was a View Stack button. We’ve replaced that view with a new My Vendor Portals view.
Under this view you will see all Channel Command portals you currently have access to, and the vendors where access is still pending.
ENHANCED! NaviStack > Remove from Stack
To remove a product from your stack you previously had to navigate to the View Stack page.
We’ve moved it up to the main NaviStack view allowing you to remove it from the Manage My Stack view.
ENHANCED! Chat > Hyperlinks
You’re having an in-app conversation (chat if you will) with your vendor or your service provider partner. Within the conversation a link has been shared. But when you click it, nothing happens.
Now if the link is entered with http or www, it will be clickable from within the conversation. Once clicked the page will open in a new browser tab/window to not overtake the active conversation.
IMPROVED! Mobile scrolling
We’ve heard from our community that scrolling on a mobile browser can be a real annoyance. To the point of the page(s) becoming stuck.
We’ve implemented a fix that will help with mobile scrolling. But if you’re still experiencing issues please reach out and let us know.
