2023 Release – October 16

NEW! Channel Command Mass Messaging

Mass Messaging (also known as bulk messaging or bulk SMS (Short Message Service) is a great way to send a single message to your Service Providers simultaneously. Mass Messaging enables you to reach a substantial number of recipients with a single message.

Although Mass Messaging can be conducted through various channels, within Channel Command it will take advantage of the existing chat functionality. Allowing your partners to respond back to you if there is a need, which is helpful if they’d like to learn more.

NEW! Channel Command Check-In

As a Vendor, with Channel Command enabled, you’ve taken the time to get your portal setup. But have you visited it recently to upload new content for your partners?

We know everyone is busy and keeping content up to date can take a backseat to everything else happening. Don’t worry we’ve got you covered. We’ll send a friendly reminder if there has been no activity on your portal for 30-days.

NEW! NaviStack event widget

As an MSP, you’ve taken the time to build your stack with NaviStack. But there was something missing. Specifically, visibility into your vendors upcoming events.

Although you can always navigate over to the Industry Calendar to see all upcoming events. Now you’ll be able to have a quick view of all upcoming events hosted by your vendors. Don’t worry, the calendar is still available if you’d like to see all past and present events.

IMPROVED! StackChart navigation

We’ve heard from a few users that navigating between StackCharts can be frustrating. Well, we’ve had a chance to review the current page and have made some adjustments that we feel will help improve things.

IMPROVED! Event name and description lengths

With our events we limited the number of characters allowed in the name and description. Simply based on keeping things brief. However, we’ve heard from many that the current limitations aren’t sufficient.

So, we’ve increased the limits on the event name and description. Although we do recommend keeping things concise, while still providing enough detail that will standout to the community.
